Quincy Midthun (she/her) works as the Outreach Specialist at High Road Strategy Center. She is a Wisconsin native and recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she received bachelor’s degrees in political science and sociology. As an undergraduate student she interned with High Road Strategy Center and helped support the Mayors Innovation Project (MIP). In her role as an outreach specialist she continues to work with MIP and assists on Government Performance Action and Learning (GPAL) and Pro-Gov21.
