Eric Murphy is a Transportation Researcher with State Smart Transportation Initiative. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and English from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a master’s degree in Journalism from the University of California-Berkeley. Prior to SSTI, he worked as a journalist covering transportation and land use, and as a researcher and organizer in the labor movement. He is passionate about great public spaces, making life better for everyday people, and the Green Bay Packers.”
