Our Sustainability Network connects state DOT staff tackling some of the most urgent challenges for the transportation field, and for our planet. Participants tap into a powerful peer-learning community—sharing what works, refining new approaches, and responding together as opportunities and challenges emerge.

Through the network, participants have:
- Learned from facilitated exercises to identify opportunities to accomplish more with scarce resources;
- Engaged with leading national experts on topics like communication strategies, best practices in project prioritization, and the fast-evolving federal landscape;
- Formed a working group for state and regional officials to advance emissions analysis and tools;
- Connected with peers at informal meetups at larger meetings and conferences.
